How many picture will be taken?

There are many factors that determine the number of images. We generally try to cover all rooms with at least one image. Usually kitchens, living rooms, master bedrooms and exteriors require several images to cover all angles of the space. The average 2000 Sqft home will require 25 to 35 images.

What is your service area?

We cover the following central California cities: Fresno, Clovis, Madera, Madera Ranchos, Sanger, Coarsegold, Oakhurst, Ahwahnee, Mariposa, O,Neals, North Fork, Raymond, Fish Camp, Yosemite West, Wawona & Friant.

Do you do drone/aerial photos?

Yes I do. I am a licensed sUAS pilot under the FAA’s Part 107 Code of Federal Regulations.

How do I schedule an appointment?

First time customers should give us a call at (559) 760-5994. Once your are setup as a customer, you can schedule VIA text message, call or use our online booking form.

Are you insured?

Yes, we have a general liability policy

Do you charge a travel fee?

There is no travel fee for the first 50 miles traveled. There is a 1$ fee for every mile over the first 50 miles. As example, if the location is 61 miles from our home base in Coarsegold, there would be $0.00 for the first 50 miles, $11.00 for the next 11 miles = $11.00 total would be applied.

When will we receive our photos?

Photos will be ready that evening or the next business day at the latest. Once the photos are ready, we will send you an email with links to the delivery page along with links to the branded and unbranded property website.

What if the weather is bad?

The photo shoot can be rescheduled due to bad weather to the next available date at no charge. If you prefer to keep the appointment, we can photograph the interiors of the home, then reschedule the exteriors for a $75 return fee.

What if we need to cancel?

We understand that there are many situations that can cause a last minute cancellation. There is no cancellation fee if you notify us the day before the shoot. For same day cancellations there is a $75 cancellation fee.

How long does the photo shoot take?

An average photo shoot takes between 45 minutes to 2 hours. However, it may take longer depending on the size of the home and any additional services requested.

How long do we keep copies of your images?

We guarantee we will keep your images for at least six months. However, we generally never delete images.

How far in advance must I reserve my shoot date?

There’s no time limit to when you can book a photo shoot.

How do I know that my home and property are ready for real estate photography?

Will the photos be resized and optimized for the MLS?

Yes. All photos will be optimized for posting to the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). We can also provide high-resolution images upon request.

Do I own the copyright to the photos once I have paid?

No. As a standard in the photography industry, the photographer retains copyright on all images. You purchase a single use, non-transferable image license for the purpose of marketing the property. That image license is good for the duration of your listing and expires once the listing is sold, canceled or reassigned to another agent. Any usage of the photos by a third party including another agent or builder is prohibited unless approved in writing. Clients wishing to use select photographs for ongoing use to market their business may purchase a separate usage license. For more information see our terms and conditions.
